I am the president of Illah Youths Association Benin Branch. An NGO working towards the support and development of the youths in our community. These we have been doing for some time now.

In carrying out our duties in the community we discover that the Girls secondary school had to go through a lot to get the girls write their final year examination.

These girls are exposed to all various kind of danger when they are sent out to various environment far away from their homes and parents for days just to write their final year exams, most of the time, not well received and have to contend with hostile environment all in trying to write their final year examination which in turn affects their composure and in long run their performance. Some of them end up not writing at all.  By so doing, putting an end to their education.

This is happening because they do not have a SCHOOL HALL and cannot be accredited as a centre by the EXAMINATION BODY to write their final secondary school examination

Presently, we have commenced work on the SCHOOL HALL project and are on the completion stage of the foundation to DPC level.

We write to seek support to build them a school hall so that they can be accredited to write their exams in their school premises which is in the environment that they understand rather than travelling to distant areas and communities.

We can send documentary evidence of all our projects toward supporting the development our community for your verification if given the opportunity to do so.
