I've been awarded Total merit scholarship since July 2018. My colleagues have been paid twice while I've not been paid at all. I implore Total management to help me look into the situation as to why I've not been paid at all

I was awarded Total scholarship this year, and submitted all the documents since July 30th. All my colleagues have been paid, except me. In fact, I didn't even get a confirmation email after emailing the acceptance letter as requested.

I was also awarded total Scholarship this year and I've submitted all required documents. I didn't get a confirmation email and I've not been paid yet.

Am an awardee of 2018/2019. I have submitted all the relevant documents as was requested in the award letter but I have not been paid. My colleagues have been paid. Kindly Investigate why we have not been paid.

I have also not been paid I've sent mails repeatedly but none has been acknowledged so far I am a 2018/2019 awardee

We need the money. It's a new session, hostels have not been allocated to us and lodges outside are expensive. Total, please do something.
